Build quality is classic Razer CNC aluminum, feels like a premium device. Thermals are surprisingly manageable with a cooling pad. For the sale price I paid, this was a steal.

Been gaming on this daily for about two months. Performance is excellent and the 240Hz display is buttery smooth, but the chassis does get toasty during long sessions. Fan noise is there but not obnoxious. Keyboard feels fantastic and the battery actually lasts a few hours for light work. Wish it had more than 16GB soldered RAM, but for most games it's plenty.
The performance is genuinely impressive and the display is one of the best I've used. However, battery life unplugged is mediocre at best, and it's heavier than I expected for commuting. If you mostly game plugged in at a desk, this is a five-star machine. As an all-rounder it loses a point or two.
My unit had a fan that rattled loudly within the first two weeks. Razer support was responsive and I'm getting it serviced, but for a premium laptop I expected better QC out of the box. The parts that work are great, hence two stars instead of one.
