I didn't believe sound could come from a head cushion until I tried it. THX Spatial Audio through the chair is a totally different experience from headphones — sound feels like it's actually in the room. Dual 43mm drivers have way more punch than I expected. Pairing over Bluetooth took ten seconds. My gaming chair is now complete.
Sound quality is impressive for a head cushion — clear mids, decent bass. USB-C connection is rock solid with zero latency for games. Bluetooth is fine for music but I notice a slight delay. The cushion itself is comfortable and well-made. Wish the volume controls were easier to find by feel.

It's a well-built cushion and the audio is clean, but let's be honest — it's not going to replace a good headset for competitive play. Where it shines is movies and casual gaming; the spatial effect makes Netflix on the couch feel cinematic. Battery life is solid. For the sale price of $88 I'm happy, at $229 I'd have returned it.
Kids are asleep by 8 and I can't blast the soundbar. This lets me play at full volume with rich audio and hear every footstep without waking anyone. Setup was easy on both my PC and my phone. Only complaint: it does get a little warm against the chair after hours of use.
Bought it mostly as a gimmick and it turned out to be genuinely good. My teenagers fight over the chair now. The build quality is what you'd expect from Razer — dense materials, no rattles even at high volume. Spatial audio for horror games is an experience I will not repeat.
