These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Volt Harbor Supply and the website located at voltharbor.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or contacting our support team, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Volt Harbor Supply is an independent, multi-brand specialist retailer operated and managed by Northgate Commerce Partners LLC, a Pacific Northwest retail operations company located at 1420 Harborview Avenue, Suite 210, Portland, OR 97205, United States. Northgate Commerce Partners LLC operates and manages the storefront shown on this Site, including merchandising, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service. Volt Harbor Supply remains the customer-facing brand, and Volt Harbor Supply was founded in 2018.

Volt Harbor Supply is an independent specialist retailer. We are not an official brand website of Razer, JanSport, Solo New York, INIU, or any other brand whose products appear in our catalog, and we do not present this Site as any external official domain. All brand names are used to describe the products we sell.

2. Site Use and Eligibility

You may use the Site only for lawful personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding purchase contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

3. Catalog and Product Information

Our catalog offers approximately 597 products across approved brands including Razer, JanSport, Solo New York, and INIU. Before a product goes live, our team verifies the manufacturer's current model specification, confirms the unit matches official brand SKUs, checks packaging documentation requirements, and reviews the brand's warranty support terms so that listing details reflect the actual product shipped.

Despite these steps, minor differences between a listing and a physical product may occasionally occur. We do not warrant that listing information is error-free, and we may correct errors, update listings, or remove products at any time.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices vary between products and over time because distributor cost tiers differ by model and batch, seasonal batch timing affects landed cost, and limited promotional windows may temporarily reduce specific items. A price change reflects sourcing and promotion timing only — never a change in product authenticity or handling standards.

We currently offer 15% off eligible orders with code SAVE15. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules shown at checkout. Promotions are funded from our buying team's negotiated distributor discounts and planned seasonal marketing budget — not by substituting lower-quality inventory or loosening quality checks. A lower price never means a lower grade of goods: every unit, regardless of discount, ships from the same authorized-distributor supply pipeline and carries the same warranty support and remedy path as full-price items.

We may modify or discontinue any promotion, coupon, or price at any time, with the price confirmed at checkout governing your order.

5. Orders and Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or other issues, in which case any charged amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in the condition described in our return instructions, including original packaging and included accessories where applicable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Certain conditions or exclusions may apply as communicated at checkout or in our return instructions.

8. Warranty

Warranty follows product information and support guidance provided with each item. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are administered by the brand; we will assist you in directing warranty questions through the appropriate support channel.

9. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee that every item shipped is a genuine, brand-manufactured product sourced through authorized distributors or brand-approved supply channels with documented chain of custody. Open-market liquidation lots, unverified marketplace inventory, and untraceable gray-market stock are categorically excluded from our purchasing. If you ever receive an item that fails reasonable authenticity checks, we treat it as a serious fulfillment failure and provide a full remedy without requiring you to negotiate with the manufacturer.

9.1 Inspecting Your Item

We encourage you to inspect items on arrival: check the outer packaging seal, compare the product's model and serial markings against your order confirmation, verify included accessories against the listing, and for charging equipment confirm the label wattage matches the listing before first use. Photograph any discrepancy during unboxing to speed resolution.

9.2 Submitting a Claim

To report a suspected non-genuine or materially defective item, contact support@voltharbor.shop with:

• Your order number and purchase date from the confirmation email
• Photos of the item, packaging, and any labels or serial markings
• A brief description of the discrepancy or defect observed
• For charging equipment: the listed wattage versus the label shown on the unit

9.3 Review and Remedy

Our review process is as follows:

• Case acknowledgment with a case number within one business day
• Specialist review of submitted evidence against purchasing and inspection records
• Resolution decision with explanation, typically within three business days of complete evidence
• Supplier batch audit if a claim is confirmed, including possible suspension of the affected supply source

Confirmed authenticity or quality claims are resolved with your choice of a full refund or replacement with equivalent authentic stock, including a prepaid return label and return shipping covered at our cost. Cases are tracked to closure, and you are never asked to waive the standard 30-day return window to receive a remedy. Our ongoing quality controls include incoming batch inspection, serialization spot checks on electronic items, documentation retention for every purchase lot, and quarterly supplier reviews that suspend distributors with rising defect or dispute rates.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, text, graphics, and arrangement are the property of Volt Harbor Supply or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks of Razer, JanSport, Solo New York, INIU, and other manufacturers belong to their respective owners, and their use on this Site is for descriptive purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volt Harbor Supply and Northgate Commerce Partners LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Messages received outside this window are queued and answered in the order received at the start of the next business day.
