Custom fit makes all the difference — my laptop doesn't slide around at all. The padded interior gives me confidence tossing it in my bag, and the flip-out mouse mat has actually been handy at coffee shops. Water resistance held up fine in a light rain commute.

Solid protection for a big 17-inch machine. The PVC canvas sheds water well and the padding is thicker than my old sleeve. The zipper took a week or two to loosen up but it's smooth now. No regrets at half price.

I didn't think I'd use the flip-out mouse mat but it's become my favorite feature. Unzip at a client's office and I have a proper setup in seconds. Padding feels dense and the corners are reinforced where laptops usually wear out first.

Protection is good and the fit for the Blade Pro 17 is precise. There was a strong chemical smell out of the box that took about a week to air out, which is why I'm docking stars. Also it adds noticeable bulk to an already large laptop.

Bought it mainly for the price and it turned out genuinely well made. Stitching is clean, zipper glides, and the interior lining is soft enough that I don't worry about scratches. Water beaded right off when I got caught in drizzle.

Traveled internationally with this in my backpack twice now. Zero scuffs on the laptop. Enough said.

If your laptop has any kind of skin or case on it, this won't zip closed comfortably. Fit is extremely snug bare. Protection seems fine but the sizing didn't work for my setup.

Black canvas looks professional and understated, not gamer-y, which I appreciate for the office. The padded flap adds real cushion over the screen area. Would buy again.

Using it every day for about two months and it's holding up well. The material wipes clean easily. Only minor complaint is there's no accessory pocket for the charger, so that goes in the backpack separately.
